Terms

• Prices on this site are starting prices.
• Home prices include GST. Shops start from $30 + GST a visit.
• For homes, inside and out, a single storey starts from $275 and a double storey from $440.
• Glass pool fences and balustrades cost extra, on top of a home price. Mirrors and basic shower screens go into your price if you ask for them.
• Office and industrial buildings, and cleans after the builders, get a written quote, with a site visit first if the job needs one.
• Travel is included anywhere in Greater Sydney.

• You get your price by text, a call or a written quote, and it's agreed before the first visit.
• For a shop, the price is per visit, with how often we suggest. For a home, it is the price for the clean you ask for.

• We text before we arrive.
• On the first visit we write down how to get in, who to contact and anything that needs extra care, so each visit after that is done the way you like it.
• Shops are cleaned weekly, fortnightly or monthly, before they open. The day can move a little with team availability: a day either way for weekly visits, two days for fortnightly, and monthly visits come about every four weeks.
• For a home's inside glass, someone can let us in, or you can leave us a key or a lockbox code. Homes are done on the day you agree.

• There's no lock-in contract. You can stop at any time.
• Skipping a visit is free. Just text or email us, and the same goes for changing how often we come.
• There's no charge for a late cancellation, or if we can't get in on the day.

• Every invoice is a tax invoice showing the ABN and the GST, under "Total (GST included)".
• If the invoice should go to someone else, such as an office, a landlord or the person who booked, say so when you book.

• We take care not to scratch the glass when we clear debris off it.
• We're fully insured.
